The baby massage
Learn how to massage your baby.
The massage brings tremendous benefits to the baby and the parent mass:
Interaction Parent / Baby, strengthening the attachment link, relief of minor aches (nervous tension, colic, constipation…), relaxation, and many others.
My journey
Kindergarten teacher by training, I quickly moved towards my first passion, Babies. I worked in nursery and childcare (babies) sick for many years.
My growing interest in perinatal and the parent / child bond, I trained as a baby massage instructor at IAIM (International Association of Infant Massage) and I got certified at the ABMBB (Belgian Baby Massage Association).
I receive you in all simplicity and conviviality on Monday morning and Saturday morning by appointment for individual or small group sessions. Appointment possibilities on other days outside the Nestia center.
At each session, I teach you to massage another part of the body.
Session 45 min approximately:
30 € and individual (single parent or couple)
100€ for 4 sessions (full program)
20€ for small group session

Physiological Carrying Workshop
Always in the spirit of simplicity, friendliness and respect for the baby, I guide you in the universe of physiological babywearing.
The benefits of physiological babywearing are numerous:
For the baby: Reminder of the reassuring sensations known during pregnancy, strengthening the attachment link, temperature regulation, aids in digestion, security feeling, stimulation of muscle tone and the vestibular system, stimulation of the sensory system, prevention of positional plagiocephaly and many more!
For the wearer: Extra way to meet baby's needs and soothe him, promotes attachment, freedom of movement and action, free arms for everyday life, pleasure, proximity, …
I make you discover the different existing carrying means and together we will identify your needs to find the system that suits you..
In one or more sessions, I will teach you how to knot (first with a baby then with a baby) until you can then safely manage on your own(e) your house.
A session lasts approximately 1h30 (according to the wearer's needs and knowledge).
Individual price (alone or in couple): 40€
Collective price (of the 2 babies): 30€
