My name is Lorraine Rio. I have been practicing physiotherapy for 2018, graduated from UCL in Louvain-La-Neuve. I started my practice on the wonderful island of Guadeloupe. The low, I met a colleague specialized in perineal and perinatal physiotherapy. She passed on her passion to me. On my return to Belgium, I directly undertook a continuing education in this area.
Today, I receive you with great pleasure at the Nestia center, two mornings a week. I take care of all types of pathologies affecting the urinary sphere, anorectal and sexological. I also receive you in prenatal session so that you can live your pregnancy as well as possible and prepare for your delivery.. The post-natal sessions are also very important and I will accompany you with great pleasure in this stage of your life..

This specialization is a real passion where the overall care of patients is essential.. Since then, I have been keen to diversify my training and intend to continue on this path in the future to guarantee my patients the best quality of treatment..

-Training in Manual therapy in pregnant women - Life and movement in the small pelvis - Yoga, posture and breathing techniques ( 2022)
