I graduated in occupational therapy since 2011. I take care of the babies, the children, teens, adults and the elderly.

The goal of occupational therapy is to help the baby, the child, the adolescent to be independent and autonomous in their daily life, according to their age, respecting their natural development and taking into account their environment.

Au center Nest, I only take care of the under 18 years (Wednesday afternoons). The rest of the week, I have a private practice in Sint-Genesius-Rode and I move in schools, at home or at work.

I formed primitive reflexes, in neurosensory integration, in the development of classroom computer, in the rehabilitation of children dys, in the reeducation of writing… 

I received training and experienced neurological rehabilitation techniques in University Hospital (the stress induced, task oriented, perfect, Bobath, motor imagery, rehabilitation of a half side / paretic or plegic, etc. ).

All this experience allows me to do a complete assessment of every baby, child, teenager I meet before starting care, if the latter is necessary.

– individual sessions with dad, Mom and Baby (as soon as possible) to learn the good everyday gestures to wear, move, feed her baby, but also play with him. Learn how to accompany her baby the best in its natural motor development. It is a gift you made him for his future.

Why do I suggest this kind of session? Because when my children histories of 5 at 18 years, I notice that parents lack information and it, Unfortunately, affected motor development of their child.

Every care is personalized. I advocate the communication with parents, school and health actors. I am very attentive to the comfort, the well-being of each child by leaving them a space to speak. I am careful to value their achievements and progress in order to help them develop and dare (self-confidence).
